INDUCTION MELTING Induction melting 500kg per hour. A wide range of materials available. Production castings up to 1000 kg net casting weight. HEAT TREATMENT A fully equipped heat treatment facility is located on site. MACHINING Metal machining undertaken on site on a variety of equipment including horizontal and vertical borer, milling machines, radial drill and lathes. Capable of machining hard metals up to 65 Rc QUALITY ASSURANCE Equipment callibration carried out under ISO9002 quality system.
