Cast Bonding Australia has incorporated tungsten carbide into their Cast Bonded and white iron lines wear parts to significantly increase the service life of critical components in high cost / high wearing mineral processing plants.
These wear resistant composite materials provide a substantial improvement in the equipment performance; reducing the number of plant shut downs and associated costs whilst increasing production throughput.
Typical applications include valve seats and plugs, orifice inserts, orifice plates, spool liners, tiles, washers and spacers.
